Agriwave

SUMMARY

AgriWave is a community vertical-garden system designed for Singapore’s HDB heartlands to strengthen social ties and supplement local food resilience. Inspired by the national “30 by 30” agenda, it transforms a high-footfall neighbourhood site into an arched, sinusoidal walkway with integrated seating and accessible planter rows. Modular “leaf” cells rotate on hinged frames so planters stay upright, enabling flexible layouts and easy harvesting. The concept was developed through multiple iterations, ensuring a scalable, inclusive green infrastructure that invites residents to gather, relax, and grow food together.
